Iggy AI ("Iggy", "we") is an AI employee for business owners. It reads your website, builds a profile of your business and your customer, and makes marketing for you: ads, sign-up pages and follow-up emails. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us at sign-up: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your website or a short description of what you sell.
- What you tell Iggy: answers in onboarding, chat messages, edits and ratings of the work Iggy makes.
- Your business information: public pages of the website you give us, and anything you connect (for example a Facebook ad account or Google account) when you choose to connect it.
- Leads: when people sign up on a page Iggy published for you, we store their first name and email for you.
- How you found us: the ad, campaign and page you came from (UTM tags and referrer), a random visitor id in a first-party cookie, and Facebook's click id.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you paid and when.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Our sign-up pages use the Meta Pixel, and our server sends events to Meta's Conversions API: when you sign up, when Iggy finishes your first piece of work, and when you first pay. These events include a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email and phone number, your IP address, browser type and Meta's cookie ids, so Meta can tell which ads work. Meta handles this data under its own policies. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook ad settings and your browser.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and turn on the daily text, Iggy sends you about one text a day about your business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number for anyone else's marketing.
We email you sign-in links, receipts, alerts about new leads and updates on work Iggy did for you. You can reply to any email to reach a person.
How we use it
- To make your marketing and run the work you ask for.
- To sign you in, bill you and support you.
- To measure and improve our own ads and product.
- To keep the service safe, for example limiting sign-ups from one place to stop abuse.
We send your business information to the AI model providers that write the work (for example Anthropic). We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your workspace while your account is open. To close your account or have your data deleted, email support@iggyhq.com and we will do it.
