These terms cover your use of Iggy AI ("Iggy", "we"). By creating an account or continuing past a sign-up form, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What Iggy does
Iggy is AI software that makes marketing for your business: ad ideas and images, sign-up pages, follow-up emails, and, when you connect and approve it, Facebook ad campaigns. Iggy is an AI and can make mistakes. Check the work before you publish it or spend money on it. You are responsible for your ads, pages and emails, and for following the rules of the platforms you use (for example Meta's advertising policies) and the law, including email and text message laws.
Your account
Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in links and password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person or business per account.
Credits, plans and payment
- New accounts get free credits to try Iggy. No card is needed for them. Free credits have no cash value.
- Work Iggy does uses credits. When credits run out, you can buy more or pick a monthly plan.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew every month until you cancel.
- Ad spend on Facebook or Instagram is paid by you to Meta, directly from your own ad account. It is not part of Iggy's price.
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan any time from Billing in the app, or by emailing support@iggyhq.com. Cancelling stops future charges. We do not refund partial months or used credits unless the law requires it. If something went wrong, email us and a person will look at it.
Text messages
If you turn on the daily text, you agree to get about one text a day from Iggy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Iggy for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
What you give Iggy and the work Iggy makes for you are yours to use. You give us permission to process them to run the service for you. Do not give Iggy content you do not have the right to use.
No guarantees
Iggy is provided as is. We do not promise any number of leads, sales or results from ads. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a big change we will tell you by email or in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.
